Quintessential food expert Mariam Parker continues to fight the good fight with the Austin Food and Wine Alliance. With programs for children aspiring to be in the food industry, a showcase for the Texas spirits industry, and multiple grants empowering food entrepreneurs, Mariam is at the pulse of Texas' culinary culture.
